Thanks to the kindness of a wonderful supporter, we’ve been able to install several brand-new stable doors that can be adjusted to suit the height of each horse or pony. These clever doors have already made a big difference!
Our stables are used when horses need a visit from the vet, farrier, or dentist, or when they’re feeling under the weather. But we noticed that many of our smaller residents were struggling to see over the old doors, leaving them feeling isolated. With these new doors that open at two levels, every horse and pony can comfortably see out and feel more connected to their surroundings. We’d love to fit even more of these special doors, so we are trying to raise £5,000 to cover the cost.
