Meet Apollo

This stunning boy came to HorseWorld in 2019 as a foal at foot. He had been rescued with his mum Athena as they were both being illegally grazed on council land.

Apollo was very nervous of people, but thanks to the dedication and hard work of our grooms, has grown into a confident horse that loves attention. In fact, he will follow them around the field just to get a scratch under his chin!

He lives with a group of rambunctious boys and they have a great friendship, getting up to lots of harmless mischief. The HorseWorld team are hoping he will make a ridden horse in the future as he’ll love exploring the world.
