We are currently caring for just over 100 horses, ponies and donkeys onsite, with a further 200 horses living in loving loan homes. Every horse who comes to HorseWorld begins their journey with care, rehabilitation and time to recover - both physically and emotionally.
Once ready, each horse follows the path that is right for them. Some are rehomed into carefully matched loan homes, some become much-loved sanctuary residents, and others go on to play an important role within our Discovery Programme. Horses who are rehomed always go out on loan rather than being sold, meaning they can return to us at any time should circumstances change, providing lifelong security and peace of mind.
Below you can meet the horses currently in our care and learn more about the individuals who make up our wonderful herd. If you would like to help support the lifelong care of our sanctuary herd, please see our Sponsor a Horse page.
