Meet Kenickie

Kenickie arrived at HorseWorld in 2025 as a foal, alongside his mum, Rizzo, and another mare-and-foal pair, Frenchy and Zuko. All four were rescued from the Welsh moors as part of a multi-charity project. With no owner coming forward, they were named after characters from the movie Grease. Coming from a semi-feral background, they were initially very wary of humans and required patient, gentle rehabilitation. Kenickie's confidence continues to grow and he shares a playful bond with Zuko—these two are often spotted enjoying lively “bitey games” together in the field.
