Meet Bertie

Bertie came to HorseWorld in 2023 as part of a seizure of a group of stallion Shetlands. He was very nervous of people and new environments when he arrived but his confidence has grown massively, he now enjoys human interaction and his inquisitive character has come out. Bertie now works on our Discovery programme helping vulnerable young people and children find the same confidence.
