A finance role that helps horses and young people thrive

At HorseWorld, we believe in the power of horses to change lives.

For more than 70 years, we’ve rescued and rehabilitated horses, ponies and donkeys in need. Today, that work reaches even further through Discovery — our Equine Assisted Learning programme which helps children and young people who are struggling in mainstream education rebuild confidence, connection and a sense of possibility, by working with our rescued horses.

As we approach our 75th anniversary, HorseWorld is entering an exciting new phase.

We are growing our fundraising, strengthening how we measure and communicate our impact, and building the evidence base that will help shape our future.

This role will help transform our Charity

We are looking for a Finance Officer to help shape our finances for today and into the future.

Yes, you’ll oversee day to day financial operations.

  • Verify project funding and ensure reporting is meticulous
  • Guarantee our finances are robust

You’ll work with fundraising, equine welfare and Discovery™ our Alternative Learning Provision, helping us build a clearer picture of the difference we make for both horses and young people.

Why join HorseWorld?

Because this is a place where:

  • rescued horses are given a second chance at a meaningful life
  • young people who are struggling can rediscover confidence and connection
  • and small teams can make a very big difference

You’ll be joining at an important moment in our journey, with the opportunity to help shape how HorseWorld understands, measures and demonstrates its impact over the next decade.
