LeMieux Disney Hobby Horse free draw Terms and Conditions

  • By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  • The free draw is being run by HorseWorld Trust, registered charity no. 1121920 Delmar Hall, Keynes Farm, Staunton Lane, Whitchurch, Bristol, BS14 0QL
  • The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age. HorseWorld staff members and their friends and family are excluded from the draw.
  • A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  • The prize draw is free to enter. Any donations made to HorseWorld will not increase the chance of winning.
  • In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
  • The prize draw can be entered via this page on our website www.horseworld.org.uk/win
  • The prize draw opens on 15 October 2026 and ends on 15 December 2026.
  • The prize is a LeMeiux hobby horse, the winner will be able to choose one design out of four possible options. The prize is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within seven days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to HorseWorld within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HorseWorld will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • HorseWorld is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and HorseWorld's privacy policy.
  • By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by HorseWorld to administer the competition.
  • All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • HorseWorld reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
