Meet Lunar

Lunar was born at HorseWorld in April of 2013 to mum Moonlight. Moonlight was part of a group of horses that were rescued from straying on the road, and it was believed that these horses had been let loose deliberately to cause trouble with the local council. Luckily we were able to rescue them from this dangerous environment before any of them were seriously harmed.

Lunar is a very sweet and friendly mare. She was rehomed as a youngster and was successfully backed on her home, although sadly had to return to us through no fault of her own. Since being back with us, Lunar went through some ridden training with the training team and has since become a new recruit for discovery. She has thus far proven to be an excellent addition to the team and is behaving impeccably with the children.
