Opening Times
Open All Year, Including Bank Holidays*
Winter (November 1st to February 28th) - Open every Wednesday to Sunday from 10am - 4pm and all week during school holidays.
Summer (March 1st to October 31st) - Open every day from 10am - 5pm.
- No booking required for regular day admission prices, just turn up on the day.

*The Visitor Centre is closed Mondays and Tuesdays from November to February inclusive and is closed on 24, 25, 26, 30 & 31 December & 1 January.
Day Visitors - last Admission 1 hour before closing. Members - last Admission 1/2 hour before closing.
Please note: The Playbarn, Interactive Museum, Straw Den and Stable Door Cafe will shut their doors half an hour before closing time.
If you are planning a visit to see a particular animal, please call 01275 540173 in advance to check if that animal is currently at the Visitor Centre. From time to time they may be at our welfare department which is not open to the public - well, everyone needs a holiday sometimes.
