Volunteer
As a charity, we rely on our supporters to help us achieve our aims. Volunteers assist with all aspects of our work and there are lots of ways you can get involved!
Who can volunteer?
We welcome applications from all sections of the community. Many of our voluntary roles require no specialist skills or experience - a friendly and co-operative manner are often all that's required!
To volunteer in most roles you must be at least 16 years old and able to provide two references. This includes helping with the horses or assisting in the visitor centre cafe.
Whether you are available on regular week days or weekends, or just occasionally, we're interested in hearing from you!
We offer:
- A 'taster' session in your chosen role
- Training and supervision
- A uniform if the role requires it
- Reasonable travel expenses
- Opportunities to socialise
- Regular 'Thank You' events

How to Apply
The first step is to complete a Volunteer Application Form and return it to HorseWorld's :

Once we have received your completed form, we will contact you if we are able to match your skills and experience to a vacancy. We will then invite you in for an informal chat.
