Rehome Me: Primrose

Primrose was born at HorseWorld in May 2012 to a lovely Chestnut Sect A called Daisy. The mare was part of an extremely large welfare concern and was emaciated and unhandled on arrival. Luckily for little Primmy she has had a much nicer upbringing and is now a healthy and well socialised 6 year old.

To handle Primrose is a sweet mare and is generally good to do. She gets on well with other ponies and can live out year round, however, due to her size and breed she does require restricted grazing. Primrose went out as a non-ridden companion to a loving loan home where she spent a year having daily handling and getting used to routine. Unfortunately she returned as she was escaping from her field. Primrose is now looking for a new home where there is secure fencing.

As Primrose is too small to be backed at HorseWorld we are looking for a companion home or a home where she can be brought on to ride or drive. Any potential loaner looking to take on a youngster will need to show they are competent by handling them and also tacking up and doing some ground work with a more established horse here at HorseWorld.
